The mixer comes with a 4.8 L stainless steel mixer bowl which can process up to 1 kg of all-purpose flour, 1 L of whipped cream, 1.5 kg of mashed potatoes or 108 cookies(4). The mixer comes with accessories for sweet or savoury creations. The whisk is for incorporating air into eggs and cream, the paddle (flat beater) is for mixing heavy ingredients and the dough hook is for yeast doughs like bread or pasta. You can also follow your passion by adding exciting optional attachments (sold separately) to the multipurpose attachment hub. This KitchenAid Artisan 125 has 10 speeds to give you the precision you need for the job in hand. Just move the speed control lever and let the stand mixer take over. Choose from speed 1 for a gentle stir, up to 6 for beating and creaming, and 10 for fast whipping. In fact, you can get perfectly whipped cream in less than a minute. From mixing cake batter for baking to whipping up meringue or kneading dough, just select your accessory and speed and off you go!
