Terre Exotique Aromatic Stock Seasoning, 30g
This aromatic stock seasoning is inspired by French culinary traditions. Add it to boiling water with white wine and diced vegetables to make a court-bouillon.
This flavourful broth is traditionally used to poach fish and seafood. The fresh, herbal flavour works perfectly with cod and mussels. Use it as the base for a seafood soup or risotto.
Terre Exotique combines fennel and parsley with cloves and coriander. You can also detect a subtle hint of juniper.
Aromatic stock seasoning can be used to flavor stews and sauces. In addition to seafood, it’s great with chicken and spring vegetables.
