The spiral dough mixer with a lift-able head, is ideally suited for soft dough (pizza, bread,) with a 33 Litre capacity bowl.
All parts in contact with food are entirely made of stainless steel (bowl, spiral and rod).
With scratch resistant paint finishing and a stainless steel protection cover, it makes this piece of equipment hard wearing and long lasting in the kitchen.
This unit is easy to clean, you can lift the head and remove the bowl and with just a simple wipe over with a warm, damp cloth.
