The iDensityControl system intelligently adapts the way that the oven cooks your food depending on a variety of factors. It does this by using sensors in the cooking cabinet, actively monitoring humidity, automatically changing fan speed and utilising intelligent geometry to optimise airflow. This combination of features not only helps to cook food up to 10% faster than previous combi-steamers, but also reduces energy consumption by up to 50%. This makes the Rational iCombi Pro the perfect addition to commercial kitchens with a focus on high output and professional-quality results. The iCookingSuite functionality offers the flexibility to achieve reproducible, high-quality food again and again. This system utilises a selection of sensors and intelligent programming to monitor cooking progress and adjust to suit your pre-set parameters. So if you require a particular cooking result, such as browning or steak doneness, then the iCombi Pro with automatically adapt to the interior conditions and ensure consistent results. Fully gastronorm compatible, the oven can accommodate up to six 2/3 pans making it perfect for quick transfer between appliances and allowing for the production of between 20 and 80 meals per day.
