Organic Yuzu Ponzu Sauce, 175ml
Serve this organic yuzu ponzu sauce to serve with sashimi and sushi, or to dress salads and glaze grilled meat and fish. Ponzu means ‘punchy vinegar’ in Japanese, and it can be flavoured with a variety of citrus. Thus yuzu variety has a real zing which brings food and salads to life.
Using organic ingredients, this sauce is made by simmering soy sauce, vinegar, kombu and flaked fish. It has a smooth pouring consistency and a dark glossy brown colour.
