The wok comes with a domed lid that locks in moisture for braised and steamed dishes like curries and dumplings. Hestan’s patented NanoBond technology creates an ultra-strong cooking surface that is resistant to scratches, stains and salt pitting.
This large, lightweight wok has ergonomic handles for a comfortable grip whilst cooking. It’s so stylish you can carry it straight to the table to serve your guests straight from the pan. The wok is oven-safe so you can use it for slow-cooking or even roasting a chicken.
The lovely coatings on these pans means food releases much easier than your usual Stainless Steel pans. And you can easily scramble your eggs for your egg fried rice without worrying about them sticking to your pan. Hestan recommends using emulsified fats, like butter, for more delicate foods, like eggs and fish.

The pans are heat treated with a combination of nitrogen and vaporised titanium that creates several very thin layers of ceramic to make them extremely durable. As a bonus, it also gives the pans a beautiful shiny, almost mirrored finish. It’s a similar treatment drill bits, that are made to drill through metal and concrete, get. So you can be sure your pan will be extremely durable, and very scratch resistant. The pans are safe to use with metal utensils, but we would still recommend avoiding very sharp utensils like knives, or very sharply pointed forks.
