Galantino Puglian Orange Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 100ml
Galantino extra virgin olive oil has a medium-fruity flavour and citrus tang. The cold-pressed oil is made with olives from one of Italy’s oldest olive growing regions. Orange adds a fresh, sweet note that complements the mellow oil.
You can use this orange flavoured oil for both sweet and savoury recipes. It’s perfect for making a zesty olive oil cake or dark chocolate mousse.
The sweet, citrusy flavour of orange is a great match for seafood. Use this oil to fry scallops or as a finishing oil for grilled sea bream. You can also add it to marinades for chicken and duck. Add garlic and herbs and massage it into the meat before cooking.
Orange flavoured EVOO works beautifully in salad dressings, too. Mix it with Dijon mustard and white wine vinegar to make a tangy vinaigrette. It’s particularly good with bitter leaves like endive and radicchio.

Galantino’s oil is renowned for its quality and consistency, and holds protected status (PDO). The family olive mill has been pressing oil since 1926, and is run today by the third generation. All their olives are carefully selected and washed before being crushed on traditional stone mills.
