This rower was designed with precision components and makes use of the unique physical properties of water combined with a patented twin tank to provide 4 levels of adjustable fluid resistance, from Level 1 “feather light”, to Level 4 for a high intense workout. 

The strong steel dual seat rails, sculpted steel tank frame and double sealed precision aligned fluid resistance tank, makes this a very robust machine. The moulded seat and adjustable water-based fluid resistance can accommodate users of different fitness levels in comfort even during longer workout hours. 

The Newport Club Plus FluidRower comes with a multi-functional performance monitor that tracks workout time, stroke count, total strokes accumulated on the machine, and calories burned to keep you motivated and on track with reaching your fitness goals, with the sight, sound and feel of rowing on real water. Done for the day? Simply lift it on its end and lean it against a wall or hide it away in a closet.
