Create some tasty cupcakes with the Faker Baker Sponge Cake Mix! This mixture will make 1 standard-size Sponge Cake, you just need to add Eggs, Oil and Water – and maybe Icing and decorations too.

Making the Sponge Cake couldn’t be easier:
You will need 3 Medium Eggs, 100ml of Vegetable Oil and 75ml of Water
- Preheat your oven to 180°c or 160°c with fan assisted
- Empty the sponge mix into a bowl and add the eggs, oil and water
- Beat the mix for 2 minutes until the mixture is nice and smooth with no lumps
- Pour the mix into a sponge tin
- Bake in the middle of the oven for around 18 to 20 minutes until risen well and are golden in colour
- Place on a cooling tray before decorating
