Affinity frying pans are made from multiple layers of magnetic stainless steel with an aluminium core. Heat is conducted throughout the entire pan – sides included – for faster and more even cooking. The non-stick coating on the hard stainless steel base makes this pan highly resistant to scratches – you can use it time-and-time again without it looking worn or getting damaged.
The frying pan has a ‘lyonnaise’ profile – this means there’s no sharp, straight edges around the rim, so food slides easily from pan to plate. The ergonomically designed handles are cast from stainless steel and riveted to the pans for durability. They also stay at a low enough temperature to handle during cooking.
