Early records show they were grown around Medway and were traded by a merchant located in the settlement of Strood, within 5 miles of our distillery, this provenance inspired us to make our Damson Gin. We distill a special gin with the harvested damsons’ peeps and skin and rest the juice with the gin in Virgin American Oak barrels.
