The Birkdale Kiara awnings are compact with unique aesthetic qualities that will look great in any garden. When closed, the awning is fully contained within a stylish aluminium housing, satisfying any type of architectural design. It’s designed to guarantee the durability of both the fabric and the structure, thus reducing the product’s maintenance requirements.
Safety As Standard
The awnings come with a built-in wind sensor as standard which detects vibrations caused by high winds and will automatically retract the awning. This prevents any accidental damage to both the awning and your home.

Remote Control Operation
The opening and closing functions are powered by a high-quality motor that is operated by remote control for ease of use.
There are 4 preset settings to adjust the closure force of the awning from the remote control as well as automatic tensioning of the fabric. When the awning is completely opened, the motor reverses the manoeuvre to fix any fabric imperfections.
