Bodj Floppy Basket
A seamless basket woven from soft, steamed water hyacinth. Unstructured, very strong with a leathery texture. Ideal for logs kindling or wood pellets. Can be stored flat when not in use.
Hand woven in Phnom Penh by a basket weaving project. Water hyacinth comes from lakes and rivers. This ‘weed’ clogs up water ways and chokes other plant life – so harvesting it for our floppy baskets is both ecological and resourceful.
